In Suspended Conversation (32x29x4cm), Santiago Fort uses metallic lines to trace a poetics of encounter. Two abstract figures, one black and one white, emerge from weathered wood to engage in a silent dialogue suspended in the air. The work juxtaposes materials, textures, and time—contemporary metal and ancient wood—creating a balance between the organic and the rational.
