TERMS AND CONDITIONS — ART SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

1. Service Description

Santi/Santiago Fort Barberà's subscription plans allow subscribers to receive original artwork created by the artist.

Depending on the plan selected, subscribers will receive one original painting or sculpture, or one exclusive sculpture, every three months.

Each artwork includes a signed certificate of authenticity and a description of the creative process.

2. Frequency

Artwork is shipped quarterly.

Typical shipping months: January, April, July, and October (slight variations may occur due to production or logistical reasons).

3. Payments and Renewals

Subscribers can choose between:

• Annual subscription (one-time discounted payment).

Payments are processed securely through the Wix Payments platform or the user's chosen payment method.

Renewal is automatic until the subscriber decides to cancel.

4. Cancellations

Subscribers can cancel at any time through their account.

Conditions:

If the cancellation is made before the quarterly shipment, the artwork for that quarter will not be sent.

If the cancellation is made after shipment, the cancellation will take effect in the following quarter.

Partial refunds are not offered for unused periods in annual subscriptions.

5. Shipping and Destinations

Artworks are shipped with:

Secure packaging tailored to the original artwork.

Tracked shipping.

Insured transport for fragile items.

Available Destinations:
Shipping within and outside of Europe.

Damaged Artworks

If the artwork arrives damaged, it must be reported within 7 calendar days, attaching photographs to initiate the replacement or compensation process.

6. Nature of the Artwork

The subscriber agrees that:

Each piece is unique, handmade, and may exhibit variations inherent to the creative process.

The artist selects the materials, colors, and theme for each artwork.

Custom requests are not accepted under the subscription plan.

Sizes may vary depending on the artwork type and packaging requirements.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The subscriber acquires the physical artwork, but not the rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit it.

The artwork and its images may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without the artist's express authorization.

8. Subscriber Communications

Upon subscribing, the user agrees to receive:

Shipping notifications

Information about new collections

Invitations or exclusive member benefits

These communications are sent via email.

9. Service Modifications

The artist reserves the right to update the benefits, prices, or terms of service.

Any significant changes will be communicated to subscribers in advance.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the subscription, the user declares having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, which govern the contracted service.
